It is with deep sadness that Caroline’s family share the news of her peaceful passing on Friday, 18 August, 2023, after an illness borne with great courage. The arrival of her grandson Benny in May this year brought Caroline so much joy. She is predeceased by her parents Johnny and Kathleen, father-in-law Joe, brother-in-law Ciarán, and other relatives. Deeply loved and mourned by her heartbroken husband Joe, sons Brian and Sean, Sean’s partner Chloe and their son Benny, brother Liam and sisters Marie and Cáit, mother-in-law Phil, sisters-in-law Cathy, Mary, Martina, Antoinette, Olive and Brenda, brother-in-law Chris, nieces and nephews, and cousins. Caroline is also remembered fondly by a wide circle of friends

Reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, H91V1K8, on Sunday, 20 August, from 3.30 p.m. with Removal to St. Joseph’s Church, Presentation Road at 5 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Caroline on Monday, 21 August, at 10 a.m and following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery.
