SMITH, Caroline (Clondalkin) 18th November 2020 (suddenly) at home; Predeceased by her beloved sister Debra; Beloved daughter of Patrick and Mary and beloved and devoted mam to Chelsea and Katie; Caroline will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving family, parents, daughters, stepmam Madeleine, stepdad Conor, sisters Ann-Marie and Jade, brother Patrick, sister-in-law Sonia, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
