CUSACK, Carolyn (née Gard’ner) (formerly of Brussels) - 19th November 2016. Passed away peacefully in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Elm Park. Beloved wife of the late Barry and much loved mother to Alex; sadly missed by her loving daughter, son-in-law Peter, granddaughter Cate, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing Wednesday morning at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 5 Newtown Park, Blackrock, prior to her removal to Mount Jerome Crematorium for a 2.30pm Funeral Service. Family flowers only.
