Blackwater Drive, Mallow.
Carolyn, much loved mother of Jamie, Dylan, Kayleigh, Courtney and the late Emily.
Beloved daughter of Patrick and Emily and loving sister of Trevor, Jonathan, Keith, Corinna and James and extended family.
Carolyn's Funeral Mass will be on Monday at 2pm in the Church of the Resurrection, Mallow followed by burial in Árd Kilmartin Cemetery, Bulgaden, Kilmallock.
In accordance with H.S.E. guidelines Carolyn's Funeral Mass will be private.
