Cathal Dunne

Cathal Dunne, Mayville, Rahugh, Kilbeggan passed away (peacefully) 30th March 2026, in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore with his heartbroken family by his side. Pre-deceased by his infant daughter Patricia. He will be forever cherished by his beloved wife Margaret (Gretta), daughters Frances, Mary, Bernadette and Mairéad, sons-in-law Pat and Mike, grandchildren Emma, Cathal, Anna and Seán, brothers Seán and Noel, sisters-in-law Anne, Mary & Sheila, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, Dunnes Workshop colleagues, wonderful neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May Cathal's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at his home at Mayville, Rahugh (N91 W956) on Tuesday 31st March from 5pm until Prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am in St Hugh's Church, Rahugh (N91 Y009) with burial afterwards in the Relic cemetery, Kilbeggan.

House strictly private on Wednesday morning please.
