GILLEN Cathal (Cabinteely, Co. Dublin) – September 23rd 2020. Dearly beloved son of Dervil and Ian and much loved brother of Clíodhna.  Sadly missed by his loving mother, father, sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan and Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin (opp. Sallynoggin Church) on Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm. (The Gillen family invite those of you who feel comfortable to attend the Funeral Home to share a memory and pay your respects to Cathal and the family to please wear face coverings and sanitise your hands). Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Churchview Road, Killiney arriving at 10.50am. Funeral immediately after 11am Requiem Mass to Mount Jerome Cremation, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W.  In accordance with Government guidelines on public gatherings, Cathal’s Requiem Mass will be strictly limited to 25 persons.
