The death has occurred of
Cathal O'Malley
Cathal passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of Siona, father of Aimee, Roisin and Oisin, grandfather of Maisie, brother of Grainne, Patrick, Mairead and Martina and father in law to Seamus and Fionn.
His art brought incredible happiness and serenity to people all over the world, and through this, his memory will live on. Cathal, a beloved member of the community and distinguished artist, will be sincerely missed by his loving family, friends, and neighbours.

Funeral Arrangements
Tuesday, 10th June, 2025 - Reposing at his home in Aughrismore, Cleggan, Galway, H71P594 from 5.00pm to 7.00pm.
Wednesday, 11th June, 2025 - Funeral mass will take place at 10.30am at the Star of the Sea Church in Claddaghduff, followed by cremation at Shannon Crematorium at 4.00pm. House strictly private on Wednesday morning (family only).
Family flowers only by request, donations to Galway Hospice if desired.
