Catherine Almond

Catherine passed away peacefully on the 7th of February surrounded by her loving family. During her short illness, she was cared for by her beloved husband Dara, son Niall and daughter Elsa, as well as the brilliant staff of St Vincent’s Hospital and Blackrock Hospice.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, children, daughter-in-law Sonia, son-in-law Dave, grandson Alexander, brothers Richard and Michael, sister Jackie as well as extended family, neighbours and countless friends.

Catherine will repose in Carnegie's Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94XK28 on Monday, 10th of February, from 5-7pm. A celebration of Catherine’s life will take place on Tuesday, 11th of February at Mount Jerome Crematorium at 10am.
