The death has occurred of
Catherine (Kathleen) Monks
(née Moonan)
Beloved wife of the late Jimmy Monks, predeceased by her loving parents Elizabeth and Maurice and her brother Patrick. Peacefully in the care of the professional and caring staff in the ICU Department, Mater Hospital. Catherine will be deeply missed and never forgotten by her loving close family Collette, Mary, Michael , Gerard , Maura & Helen, Yvonne, Emer, Hugh, Andrew & Marina, Margaret, Sue, John & Michael (UK), Ann Howard (UK) and her extended family base in Ireland, U.S and Australia.
Special thanks to her grieving and lifelong friends Mary & Tony, Dymphna, Carmel & Noel, Julie, Anne, Paddy Holmes, colleagues from Walls Construction Ltd. Our special gratitude to Dr Su Wai Maung and her professional and caring cancer team at Mater hospital. Great and caring neighbours in Marino and the staff at Kavanagh’s, Malahide Rd.

Reposing at her home on Thursday, 11th July, from 6pm – 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, 12th July, at 10am in the Church of St Vincent De Paul, Griffith Ave, Marino followed by cremation at 12.30pm in Glasnevin Crematorium.
