It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful mother Catherine (Kay) Cullen (neé Moran) of O’Moore Street, Mountmellick, Co. Laois, peacefully at home at the age of 97 after a short illness surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband Michael (Mick), son Miceal, her younger brothers, John, Tom, and Eamon. Sadly missed by her devoted children, Loyola, Tom, Pauric, Gemma, Pam, Denise, and Sean, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law Eileen Moran, extended family, neighbours, carers, and wide circle of friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Moloney’s Funeral Home on Wednesday, 7th of August, from 5pm to 8pm with Rosary at 7:30pm. Removal from her home at 10:30am on Thursday, the 8th of August, arriving at St. Joseph's Church for funeral mass at 11am after which Kay will be laid to rest in St. Joseph's Cemetery with her beloved husband Mick.

Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Kay to The Irish Cancer Society Night Nursing Service. Home private Thursday morning before removal please.
