Catherine (Kay) Walker (née Toomey) (Druminalass, Ballinaglera, Co. Leitrim. formerly Moatfield Park, Coolock, Dublin and Co. Donegal.) August 4th 2023:- Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at St. Francis Hospice Raheny. Predeceased by her husband Gerry, brothers Eddie & Patrick and sister Eva. Deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by her loving son and daughters Brenda (Staunton, Louisburgh), Frank (Dublin) & Catherine (Dublin) sister Sr. Margaret-Ann, brother Michael, son-in-law John Staunton, Frank's partner Diane Lawlor, Catherine's partner Jason O' Mara, grandchildren Ella, Eva, Will, Seán, Cillian, & Eryn, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended Walker & Toomey families, neighbours in Coolock & Ballinaglera, and a wide circle of friends.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Kay will lie in repose at Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road, Raheny (D05 EE97) on Monday (Aug. 7th) from 2.00pm., Concluding with Vigil Prayers at 4.00pm. Funeral arriving to St. Hugh's Church, Ballinaglera on Tuesday at 11.40am. for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
