Catherine ( Kitty ) Commane
(née O'Connor)
Catherine (Kitty) Commane (nee O'Connor) , 9 St. Stephen's Park, Castleisland, Co. Kerry and late of 13 Limerick Road Castleisland. Peacefully, on Easter Sunday April 5th, 2026, in her 98th year, in the wonderful care of the staff of Willow Brooke Care Centre, Castleisland. Predeceased by her husband Tim.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, Noreen, John, Pats, Marguerite and Bridget , sons-in-law Aeneas, Danny and Craig, daughter-in-law Julie, her adored grandchildren John, Eric, Karen, Seán, ,Stacey, Sinead, Tim and Kayleigh, her dearly cherished ten great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Trisha O'Connor (Newcastle), Irene Commane (Tralee) and Mamie O'Shea (Tralee), nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends .
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Reposing at Tangney's Funeral Home Church Street, Castleisland on Thursday evening (April 9th) from 5pm to 7pm followed by Removal to Castleisland Parish Church.
Requiem Mass on Friday morning (April 10th) at 11am followed by burial in Kilbanivane Cemetery, Castleisland .
