GORMAN, (née Cheevers) Catherine (Kitty), 25th June 2021, (Walkinstown, Dublin 12); peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff in the Gascoigne Nursing Home, Rathmines; beloved wife of the late Bernard (Barney) and loving mam of Kenneth, Jacinta, Noel, Catherine, Bernard and the late Raymond and baby Linda. 

Daughter of the late James and Catherine Cheevers of Esposito Road, beloved sister of Clem, Evelyn, Angela, Carmel, Olive, Margaret, Anthony, Liz and Paul, and the late John, Dora, Seamus, Pat, Pauline and Brian. 

Catherine will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving family, daughters, sons, brothers, sisters, daughters-in-law Jill and Brenda, sons-in-law Liam and Denis, grandchildren Mark, Hannah, Freddie, Rebecca, Calum, Dylan, Jack, Molly, Georgia and Fintan, great-grandchildren Penny, Reeva, Max and Xavier, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

May Catherine Rest in Peace.

In line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held. Catherine’s family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew Catherine would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in her memory. Those who cannot attend the Funeral Mass due to the current restrictions please feel free to leave a message in the condolence book at the bottom of the page:
