On 11th February 2026, in the tender care of Cork University Hospital, surrounded by her family, Catherine (Kitty, née Hurley), beloved wife of Denis and loving mother of Seán, Margaret (Dineen), Richard, Denise (O’Riordan), and Catriona (O’Callaghan).
Cherished grandmother of Liam, Amy, Aisling, Cathal, Conor, Darragh, Ciarán, Seán, Lúc, Oisín, Cillian, Fionn, Cian, Donnacha, and Colm.
Deeply regretted by her husband, sons, daughters, sons-in-law Gearóid, Finbarr, and Mick, daughters-in-law Caroline and Teresa, grandchildren, brother Jerry, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, neighbours, relatives, and a large circle of friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing in St Gobnait’s Church, Ballyvourney, on Sunday evening from 6.00pm with prayers at 8.00pm.
Requiem Mass on Monday at 2.00pm.
Funeral afterwards to St Gobnait’s Cemetery, Ballyvourney.
