(née Troy)
Catherine (Kitty) Shanahan (Nee Troy), Ballymackeogh, Newport, Co. Tipperary. 22nd December 2025 peacefully at the University Hospital Limerick surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Willie. Sadly missed by her loving son Mike, daughters Breda and Kay, daughter in law Joanne, sons in law Willie Gorman and Dermot, grandchildren Lee, Enya, Aoife, Claire, Conor, Eimear, Liam and Cormac, cousins, neighbours, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Meehan’s Funeral Home Newport on Sunday 28th December from 4.30 to 6 p.m. with removal to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer Newport. Requiem Mass on Monday 29th at 11.30 a.m., which can be viewed on www.churchcamlive.ie/newportbirdhillandtoor, burial afterwards to Rockvale Cemetery, Newport.
