Catherine (Kitty) Wycherley
(née Scully)
WYCHERLEY (Westfield, Aughadown, Skibbereen): on June 4th 2025 peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff at Bantry General Hospital. CATHERINE (Kitty) (née Scully) beloved wife of the late Geoffrey, much loved mother of Oscar, Eamon, Florence, Ann, Geoffrey, Mary, Una and John, dear sister of Nancy and the late Nell, Barthy and infant John. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.
Reposing in Hurley & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4pm to 7pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12 noon in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Kilcoe. This will be livestreamed here. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.

The Family would like to thank the staff at Bantry General Hospital, the palliative care team of Marymount University Hospital & Hospice, all the home helps, private carers, public health nurse, doctors and staff of Skibbereen Medical Centre for the wonderful care shown to Kitty.
