(née FitzGerald)
Catherine (Rita) O'Brien, Wolseley Court, Tullow and late of 'Brigadoon', Castledermot Road, Tullow, Co. Carlow in the loving care of the staff at Signa-Care Nursing Home, Bunclody, Co. Wexford. Pre-deceased by her husband Larry, her sisters Attracta, Caroline and Geraldine, and her brothers Jimmy and Evan. Adored mother of Declan, Deirdre, Sinead, Aisling and Marguerite. Much loved sister of Marie, Olive, John and Desmond. Fond mother-in-law of Tracy, Tom, Mark, Sean and Jeff. Cherished grandmother of Aobh, Saoirse, Lily, Luke, Fionn, Cian, Niamh, Sophia and James. Sadly missed by her extended family, kind neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Byrne's Funeral Home, Station Road, Carlow (eircode R93 E372) on Thursday 16 November from 4pm until 7.15pm. Removal will follow to Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Tullow to arrive for Reception prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2.30pm on Friday. Cremation will take place in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin at 12 noon on Saturday.
Funeral Mass will be live streamed on Tullow Parish webcam.
