Cathy Clifford
(née O'Brien)
On August 30th, 2024, peacefully after a brief illness, in the exceptional care of staff at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork, CATHY, beloved wife of the late Tim, loving mother of Maurice, Tim and Kieran, dear sister of Willie. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law, Margaret and Rita, grandchildren, Greg, Dylan, Aidan, Ronan and Finn, brothers-in-law Cornie and Peader sisters-in-law Bette and Nora, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Coakleys Funeral Home Chapel St, Bantry on Monday Sept. 2nd from 6pm to 8pm with vigil prayers at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday Sept.3rd at 12noon at St. Finbarr’s Church, Bantry (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery Bantry. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to the Mercy Hospital Foundation.
