Catriona Mulchrone
(née O’Boyle)

The death has occurred of Catriona Mulchrone (nee O’Boyle) Mulranny Rd, Newport, Co Mayo, 5th July 2025, suddenly but peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the excellent care of the staff of the ICU ward Mayo University Hospital.

Predeceased by her son Sean, parents Mike & Molly O’Boyle and her sister Carmel.

 

Catriona will be deeply missed by husband Frank, sons David (Majella), Michael (Stella), Ronan (Louise), her seven adored grandchildren Dylan, James, Emma, Stephen, Callum, Aidan & Saibh ,her sisters Mary, Bernadette & Angela, brothers Michael, Padraic, Martin & Gerard, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and her wide circle of friends.

 

Rest In Peace

 

Catriona will repose at St. Dominick’s Funeral Home, Newport, (F28 H682) on Tuesday 8th July from 5.00pm until 7.00pm.

 

Removal from her residence on Wednesday morning 9th July at 11.15am for Requiem Mass at 12 in St Patrick’s Church, Newport.

 

Catriona will be laid to rest afterwards in Burrishoole Cemetery.
