O’Connell, Celine (née Prendergast) - 6th March 2026 – Portmarnock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Coolmine, Saggart. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at St Francis Hospice. Predeceased by her beloved parents, mother and father-in-law, her brother Colin and sister baby Louise.

 

Beloved wife of Cormac and much loved mum to Robert, Gavin and Corinne. Cherished Granny to Conor, Ivar, Hugh, Séamus, Seán, Ismay and Caelan.Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Deirdre and Claire, grandchildren, sisters Denise, Adrienne and Nuala, brothers Brian and Noel, brothers-in-law Declan, Cathal, Ronan and Fearghal, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Monday afternoon 9th March from 2pm to 4.30pm. Removal on Wednesday morning 11th March to the Church of St Anne, Portmarnock arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.
