It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of

Cella Cummins (née Tormay), Suffolk Street Kells,

on Sunday, 13th July 2025

.
Cella died peacefully at James Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents, Matt and Nancy Tormay, and her sisters, Mary and Ann.
Sadly missed and forever loved by her loving husband, Christopher, her children, Gene (Marlene), residing in New Zealand, Gerard, Mary (Damien), Christine (Mark), and Scheryll. Her grandchildren, Emma, Jordan, Connor, and Lolita.
Her sisters, Dimp, Nora, Liz, Anto, and Ger; her brothers, Arthur, Matthew, Michael, Bob, and Martin, her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews, cousins, dear friends, good neighbours and the wider community.

Cella will repose at her sister’s residence, 1 Sycamore Avenue, Kells (A82 Y9T7), on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm.

Private for family only thereafter.
The family home on Suffolk Street is strictly private at all times.

Removal on Thursday morning at 10:15am via Suffolk Street

to arrive at St. Colmcille's Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00am,

followed by burial in St. Colmcille's Cemetery.

Cella will be fondly remembered for her devotion and care for her family, and for her professional service to the people of Kells and the wider community as a seamstress for many years.
She was a lifelong Pioneer with a deep devotion to her faith.
