CHARLES ALBERT HARDING

Charles Albert Harding, born December 4th 1934, passed December 13th, 2023, peacefully but unexpectedly, surrounded by loving family at Holy Cross Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Formerly of College Road, Cork, he emigrated to the U.S. in 1954 where he married, owned a business and raised his family. Yet, Ireland was always his home.

Predeceased by nine siblings, George, Kathleen, Paddy, Liam, May (Flannery), Neal, Vince, Jean (Geary) and Edith (Lyall).

Beloved husband of Noreen (née Linehan) of Turners Cross and much loved father of Yvonne and Allen. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, son, son-in-law Steve, daughter-in-law Carol, six grandchildren Peter, Claire, Jack, Kimberly, Conor and Bridget, eleven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Requiem Mass on Saturday (January 20th) at 10am in Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough, which will be streamed HERE

Funeral afterwards to St Finbarr’s Cemetery, Glasheen Road.
