Charles Bobbett

The death has occurred of Charles Bobbett, Ashbourne, Co. Meath.

Predeceased by his parents, Alice and Pat and his daughter Ríobhne. Charles will be deeply missed by his beloved children

Ollie, Rory, Judy, Girvan and Katie-Anne, a devoted and loving father who took great pride in his family.

He will be sadly missed by his children, extended family, friends and the wider Ashbourne community.

A man of strong faith and a lifelong member of the Ashbourne community, deeply involved in many local clubs and organisations over the years, with a special passion for Ashbourne RFC and Donaghmore Ashbourne GAA.

He also served as a Meath County Councillor, working tirelessly on behalf of his community.

Reposing at his brother John's home (D11PV34) for family and close friends from 5pm to 7:30pm this Friday evening. Removal on Saturday to The Church Of The Immaculate Conception, Ashbourne arriving for Funeral Mass at 12:30pm (Livestream). Burial afterwards in Greenogue Cemetery.
