SMITH, Charles (Carl) (Palmerstown, Dublin 20 and ex Bord Gáis) September 26th., 2021 passed away peacefully and with great courage in the loving care of the staff of St James Hospital. Beloved husband of Irene and adored father of Helen, Paula, Alison, Justin and Christine, Grandfather of Hannah, Justyne, Sean, Graeme, Molly, Dominic, Saoirse, Hugo, Harry, Beth and Matilda; Carl will be sadly missed by his sister Ann, sons-in-law Alex, Don, Paul and Brendan, sister-in-law Marie, brothers-in-law Michael Peter Robbie relatives and neighbours.

May Carl’s soul rest in peace ever after with his first grandson Aaron.

Reposing at his family home on Wednesday evening (September 29th) from 4 pm to 8 pm. Removal on Thursday morning (September 30th) to St. Philomena’s Church, Palmerstown arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am, (Restricted to 100 persons) and may be viewed online by clicking this LINK followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery.
