The death has occurred of
Charles (Charlie) BYRNE
BYRNE Charles (Charlie) (Kill-o’-the-Grange) – July 30th 2020 in the excellent care of staff of St Paul’s Ward, St Vincent’s University Hospital during his final week, preceded by many years of wonderful nursing at home by Bluebird Care. Sorely missed by Eileen, his loving wife of 59 years. Devoted father to Seán, Miriam and Dónal, and grandfather to Pearse, Ruadhán, Eimear and Dara. Cherished by his daughter-in-law Lola and son-in-law Mike, his brother Michael, sisters Clare and Liz, brothers-in-law Martin and Neil, his wider family and many, many friends. Predeceased by his sisters Maura and Joan.

In the interest of public health, Charlie's funeral will be private, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. The family thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time. Messages of sympathy may be left in the condolence section below.
