Charles (Charlie) Solan

Solan, Charles (Charlie) (Tallaght and formerly of Dungloe, Co. Donegal) 21st December 2025, peacefully at Tallaght Hospital, following a long illness, with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband and best friend of MaryFrances and loving dad to Brian, David, Sandra, Michael, Shane, Josh and Katie. Charlie will be forever loved and always remembered by his family, brothers Roger and John, his much loved and cherished grandchildren Isobel, Emma, Seán, Max, Mae, Mylo and Tadhg, extended family, friends and wonderful neighbours and his four-legged friend Ruby.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing in his home on Saturday (27th December) from 5pm until 7pm and Sunday (28th December) from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday (29th December) at 11am in Sacred Heart Church, Killinarden, Tallaght, following onto Newlands Cross Crematorium.
