Brightling, Charles Edward (Ted) (Clontarf, Dublin and  late of Herne Hill, London) – professionally known as Mr. Edward- Hairdresser- former Proprieter of Capri Hair Studios- Clontarf, Truly Fair & Salon Venice-Raheny. August 25th 2021, (age 93) peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the excellent care of  the staff at the Mater Hospital; beloved husband of Peggy , loving father of Joseph, Philip, Mary, Angela, Margaret and Vincent and cherished grandfather to Sally, William, Elsa, Aimèe, Sam,  Andrew and the late Daniel. Sadly missed by his family, son-in-law Colin, daughters-in-law Marion, Louise and Hilary, grandchildren, sisters-in-law Eilís and Noreen, nieces, nephews, cousins,  relatives, friends and neighbours.

In accordance with Government guidelines on public gatherings, a private Funeral will take place for family and close friends. Those who would have liked to attend but due to the current restrictions cannot, please feel free to leave a message in the Condolence section below. Family flowers only please.
