The death has occurred of Charles John (Johnny) Mills, Toneygimpsey, Drum, Co Monaghan.

Passed away peacefully on Monday the 24th of February 2025 in the care of the staff of College View Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his wife Olive and son in law Mervyn Browne.

Johnny will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving family Hazel Browne, Jim (Thelma), George (Florence), Sandy (David Fleming). Grandchildren Amanda (Fergal McKiernan), Lynn (Mitchell Jameson), Thomas (Adele), Lissa (Chris Kirk), Christopher, Stephanie, Jessica & Megan. Great-grandchildren Zara, James, Connor, Mia, Emily, Stella, Charlie, Jake, Myles, Darren, Robert, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Resting at Mullen's funeral home Cootehill, Co Cavan (H16EH61) on Wednesday the 26th from 5pm to 8pm.

The funeral cortege will leave Mullen's Funeral Home on Thursday the 27th of February at 1:30pm to arrive at Ashfield Church of Ireland, Ashfield, Cootehill, Co Cavan (H16DF85) for 2pm funeral service, followed by interment in adjoining graveyard.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers if so desired to Ashfield Church of Ireland, Ashfield, Cootehill, Co Cavan (H16DF85) C/O George Hall Funeral Director or any family member.
