Charles Patrick (Pat) Condon
Charles Patrick (Pat) Condon, Cranleigh, England/ Mitchelstown Co. Cork. Peacefully, at Knowle Park Nursing Home, Cranleigh, Surrey England, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents, sister Mary and brothers Fr. Michael and John. Pat will be very sadly missed by, wife Mary (née O’Driscoll), daughter Paula, sons Michael and Barry, sisters Sr. Rita and Terry, grandchildren Liam Molly, Jamie and Jack, as well as his extended family and many friends.
May Pat Rest in Peace
Requiem Mass Monday, 4 December, at 11:30am in Christ the Redeemer Church, Cranleigh, Surrey, England. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
