On Friday, 5th December, 2025, Charlie passed away peacefully at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice after an illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family. Charlie (late of Musgraves and St John's College), beloved husband of Margaret (née Cremin), loving father of Niamh (Canny), Conor and Laura, dear brother of Martin and the late Paul, adored grandad of Cian, Kate, Rosie, Shea, Dillon, Charlie and baby Isla and son of the late Eddie and Eileen.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, son, brother, grandchildren, sons-in-law Shane and Colm, daughter-in-law Francine, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Sunday (7th December) from 7.00pm to 8.00pm for visitation. Requiem Mass on Monday (8th December) at 1.00pm in the Church of St Mary and St John, Ballincollig which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stmjballincollig Burial afterwards to St Oliver’s Cemetery.
