Charlie Keighery

St. Joseph's Place & formerly of St. Brendan's Terrace, Ballinasloe, Galway

Charlie passed away peacefully on the 28th of November, 2024, in the wonderful care of the staff in the University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Kitty and Paddy, his brothers Willie and Peter and sister Maureen.

 

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Ann, sons Patrick and James, daughters Catherine and Denise, stepdaughter Mary, daughter-in-law Cathy, sons-in-law Michael and Damien, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, a wide circle of friends and his life long best friend and cousin Dessie Keighery.

 

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

 

Charlie will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15), on Saturday, the 30th of November, from 4pm to 5.45pm, with removal afterwards to St. Michael’s Church, Ballinasloe. Charlie's Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery. Charlie's Requiem Mass can be viewed via live stream on https://www.churchservices.tv/ballinasloe.
