The death has occurred of
Charlie Scanlon
Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the great care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Sligo University Hospital.
Predeceased by his parents Sarah and Joseph, brothers Josie, Mickey and Tommy and sister Molly.
Beloved husband of Kathleen (née Timbs) and dear father of David, Linda, Joseph and Thea.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, daughter-in-law Teresa, sons-in-law Ruaidhrí and David, grandchildren Charley, Nathan, Glen, Darragh and Demi, sister Judy Grey, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Thursday 2nd April from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Funeral will arrive at St. Anne’s Church, Sligo on Friday 3rd April at 11:00am for Liturgy of Prayers with funeral proceeding to Sligo Cemetery for burial after.
