The death has occurred of Charlotte Tate (née Connolly)
20 Bree, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan. Monday November 10th peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.



Charlotte, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her heart broken family, her husband Sam, sons and daughters; Sonya (Jerry), Keith (Tasha), Malcolm (Sarah), Charlene and Barry (Marie), her eight cherished grandchildren; Louisa, Jack, Lola, Lochlainn, Cadáin, Daibhí, Oliver and Conor, sisters Brenda, Marion, Jackie and Madge and brothers Jim and Paul, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Charlotte will repose at Wards Funeral Home, Castleblayney (A75 NP30) on Wednesday afternoon from 2pm until 8pm.
Charlotte’s funeral Cortège will arrive to St. Mary’s Church, Castleblayney on Thursday morning for funeral Mass at 11:30am, followed by private cremation at Lakelands Crematorium.

Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Cavan General Hospital, C/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.
