Chevalier William Johnston

The death has occurred of Chevalier William Johnston, peacefully at Mayo University Hospital surrounded by his family.

Chevalier predeceased by his adored wife Joyce, and his parents John and Hannah.

Beloved father of Chevalier Jr (Chevy) & Christopher. He will be sadly missed by his sons, son-in-law Dougie, daughter-in-law Rosanna, his cherished grandson William, his brother John and his sisters Phyllis and Movita, sister-in-law Carmel and brothers-in-law Frank and Tim, Joyce’s family, his nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

May Chevalier Rest in Peace.

Close family and friends are welcome to visit him at his Rathlee homeplace from 7:00pm Monday evening to 4:00pm Tuesday afternoon, or at his own family home at Quignalecka from 6:00pm Tuesday evening.

Then, reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina on Wednesday evening, 12th of February from 5pm until 6:30pm.

Funeral will arrive to St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina on Thursday morning 13th of February for 11:30am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.
