Peacefully in the care of Beaumont Hospital and surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her cousins Harper and Dylan and her granddad Michael. Chloe will be sadly missed by her loving mam Niamh, dad Keith, brother Tyler, nana Bernie, godmother Elaine, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends and especially by all those in St. Michael's House, Baldoyle.

 

May Chloe Rest In Peace.

The family kindly request those attending, to wear bright colours in their accessories, to help them celebrate Chloe's life.

 

Reposing at her family home on Sunday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral mass on Monday morning at 11am in the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, Priorswood followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Michael's House, Baldoyle.
