The death has occurred of
CHRIS COSGRAVE
Cosgrave (Prosperity Square and formerly of Cushing Road, Farranree) On March 2nd 2026, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Marymount, CHRIS (late of Cosgrave’s Monumental Works, Blackpool) beloved husband of Clare, loving father of Niamh, Eimear and Kevin. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Darren and Alan, Kevins partner Catalina, his adored grandchildren Eve, Emma, Jack, Sam and Meabh, brother Denis, sisters Majella, Frances, Maria and Joanne, extended family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, South Gate Bridge on Wednesday (4th) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (5th) at 11.00am in Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough (which may be viewed on (Link Here) funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium.
