Chrissie O’Neill (née Divilly), Carrickmore, Ballyhaise, Co.Cavan and formerly Castleblakeney, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, 18th December, 2025, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff of Medical 2, Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, after a short illness.

Predeceased by her parents Hugh and Gertie Divilly.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband and best friend Jimmy, sons Shane (Karla), Ciaran (Ann), daughters Mary and Irene (Mark), her adored grandchildren Grace, Hannah, Alanna, Ava, Freya and James, her brothers Thomas (Nellie), Sean (Helen), sisters Marian (Eamon RIP), and Bríd (Pat), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May her gentle soul rest in Eternal peace.

Remains reposing at her residence, Carrickmore, Ballyhaise (H12ER82) on Saturday from 3pm-8pm. Remains arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Ballyhaise, on Sunday afternoon for 2pm Funeral Mass followed by burial immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Castletara.
