The death has occurred of Christina (Chris) Coomey (nee Heffernan) , Ashgrove Park, Bishopstown and formerly of Croppy Boy, on Sunday July 31st 2022, peacefully, at her home. Beloved wife of the late John Coomey, mother of Tony, Kieran, Brian, Ian, Janice, Aidan and Greg and grand-daughter Nicola. Sadly missed by her family, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Finbarr, Liam, Brendan, Tony and Noel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her sisters Kitty and Rose and her brother Jim.
Lying in repose at her home on Monday (1st August) from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (2nd) at 11.30am at The Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen, which can be viewed on https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs9gOQ24jUNFfWfzqvwWqqQ/featured.
