Christina Lyons, (née Dempsey) of Kilmeany, Carlow and formerly of Edenderry, Co. Offaly, passed away, on October 26th, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Eddie, much loved mother of Aidan, David, Edward and Fiona, adored grandmother of Emma, Adam, Noah, Luke and Mason, cherished sister of Peg, Bridget and the late Peader, Pat and Rodie and treasured daughter of the late Patrick and Christina.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, son-in-law Kevin, daughters-in-law Sarah, Aileen and Jeanette, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, especially her close friend Jen.

Reposing at her home, Kilmeany, (Eircode R93 RY97) from 3p.m on Sunday, October 29th, with Prayers at 7pm that evening. Removal on Monday at 10.30am to St Joseph’s Church, Tinryland, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am.

Funeral afterwards to St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow for burial.
