Christine (Chris) McNeilly
(née Walker)
McNeilly (Née Walker) Christine (Chris) (Hollywood, Co. Wicklow) 5th February 2024. Chris passed away peacefully at St. Brigid’s Hospice, Co. Kildare, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Alan and loving mum to Ben and Emma. Sadly missed by her loving family: mother Mary; brother David; sisters Nicky & Lucy; sisters-in-law Jacinta, Mary & Nicole; brothers-in-law John, Brian, Raoul & Greg; mother-in-law Charlotte; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The McNeilly family thanks Prof. Janice Walshe and all of the nurses and doctors at both Tallaght and St. Vincent’s hospitals who provided such excellent care for Chris over the past 10 years. Thank you also to all of the staff at St. Brigid’s Hospice for their compassion and focus on Chris’s comfort over the last 2 weeks.
Funeral meeting on Friday (February 9th) in the Friends Meeting House, Crannagh Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin, at 11.00 am - followed by burial at 1.15 pm in St. Kevin’s Churchyard, Hollywood, Co. Wicklow. You may leave your messages of condolence for the family in the section below. Flowers, if desired, preference for yellow flowers predominantly.
