Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday September 30th 2021

(Predeceased by his loving father Peter and brother John)

To the inexpressible grief and sadness of his loving mother Janet,

Chris will be sadly missed by his loving daughter Roísín, sisters Teresa and Caroline, brothers Tom, Peter and Michael, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, Godchildren, relatives, extended family and his many friends.

Chris will lie in repose at the Kilboy’s funeral home on Wednesday 6th of October from 5 to 7 pm for family and close friends, following government guidelines of 50% capacity on indoor gatherings.

Please note this will be a walk-through viewing, with family in attendance.

We please ask for no shaking of hands and for a face mask to be used at all times.

Chris’s funeral cortége will leave from outside his home on Thursday October 7th at 11.45am, to arrive at St. Brendan’s Cathedral Loughrea for Requiem Mass at 12.30 pm.

Chris will then be laid to rest in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Loughrea.

The church now has 50% capacity on indoor gatherings, with a face mask to be used at all times. House private for family and close friends please.

The above arrangements will take place in accordance with current government and HSE guidelines on public gatherings.

Chris’s friends wishing to support his family at this sad time may do so and please adhere to government guidelines on social distancing if standing along the route of the funeral cortége from his home to St. Brendan’s Cathedral.
