Christopher (Christy) Byrne

Byrne, Christopher (Christy) – 16th February 2026 - late of Blackhorse Grove, Dublin 7, formerly of Sheriff Street. Predeceased by his brother Martin. Passed away peacefully in the tender care of the staff of the Mater Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

 

Christy will be very sadly missed by his beloved wife Margaret, daughter Nicola, sons Christopher, Carl and Alex, grandsons Josh and Dylan, sons-in-law, brothers Fran, Seamus, Derek, sister Kathleen, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May he Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 88A New Cabra Road, Cabra on Friday 20th from 5pm - 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday 21st at 11am in the Church of the Holy Family, Aughrim St., followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel.
