Christopher (Christy) McCarthy

Peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of all at Clonmel General Hospital I.C.U. unit. Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Margaret. Beloved dad of Mags, adored granddad (Gaga) of Daniel, loved brother of Angela, Michael and Deirdre, much- loved partner of Trish and loved uncle of the late Padraig.

Christy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter, grandson, son in law Rob, partner, brother, sisters, brother -in- law Michael, sister- in- law Elaine, nieces Niamh and Sinead, nephews Alan, Shane and David, Trish’s children Amy and Sean, Shane’s wife Emma, David’s partner Ciara, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Christy will repose at the home of his sister Angela at 17 Elmwood Grove (P24 WR02) on Wednesday April 23rd from 5.30pm to 7pm. Removal from 17 Elmwood Grove at 10.15am on Thursday April 24th to St. Colman's Cathedral for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in Old Church Cemetery.
