The death has occurred of
Christopher (Christy) O'Shea
O’Shea (Cork) on July 30th, 2016, peacefully in The Bons Secours after a long illness, Christopher (Christy), Croppy Boy, Fairhill (late Irish Refining, Whitegate and Vice President, St. Vincent’s Hurling and Football Club); beloved husband and best friend of Breda (nee Kiely), adored father of Geraldine (Mulcair), Pat, Bernice, Deirdre, Collette and Grace and loving brother of John, Joe, Jimmy, Margaret and the late Brendan, Tadgh and Denis. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, his 14 grandchildren, brothers, sister, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law Tony, Paudie and Rob, daughter-in-law Debbie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge from Tuesday morning. Rosary same evening at 7.00pm followed by removal to The Cathedral. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11.00am. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Marymount.
