Christopher (Christy) Redmond

Redmond, Christopher (Christy) – 25th September 2025 (Donaghmede, and formerly of Bothar Lein, Harmonstown), (ex Aer Lingus, SR Technics and Dublin Aerospace), peacefully in Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Rosie and Jimmy, and brothers Tommy and Jim.

Christy will be very sadly missed by his beloved wife Bernie, children Clodagh and Gavin, grandchildren Brandon, Ellie Rose, Isabelle, Jaden and Ava, his beloved dog Bleu, brothers and sisters Michael and Rita, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Mourners are requested to wear informal clothing and bright colours to the funeral.

Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Strand Road, Portmarnock on Monday afternoon 29th September from 2-4pm. A celebration of Christy’s life will take place in Dardistown Crematorium Chapel on Tuesday afternoon 30th September at 2:30pm.
