Christopher (Christy) ROONEY

The death has occurred on Wednesday, March 18th of Christopher (Christy) Rooney, Finea, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath and late of the Navan Road, Dublin; peacefully, in the loving care of his family and the staff of Portiuncula Nursing Home, Multyfarnham.

Predeceased by his loving wife, Bridie. Sadly missed by his loving sons Paul, Edward and Desmond, daughters Christine and Janet, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law Kevin, sister-in-law Ita, adored grandchildren and great-grandchild, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Portiuncula Nursing Home, Multyfarnham (N91 RW14) on Saturday, March 21st from 10am to 11am, followed by removal to St Mary's Church, Finea, arriving for 12 noon Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in St Mary's Cemetery, Finea. Family flowers only, please; donations, if desired, to Portiuncula Nursing Home, Multyfarnham.
