Christopher (Christy) Tobin

Tobin, (Sandyford and formerly of Milltown, Dublin) – November 11th, 2022 (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, while surrounded by his loving wife and family. Christopher (Christy) beloved husband of Elizabeth (Betty) (née Murphy) and much-loved father of Mark, Wayne, Rhona and Gavin. Pre-deceased by his parents Leo and Mary, brother Paddy and sisters Betty, Vera and Anna, granddaughter Baby Frances. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, brother Bill, sisters Joan and Bernie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law Ann Marie, Liz and Trish, son-in-law Gary, nephews, nieces, grandchildren Hazel, Paul, Sophie, Stephen, Evan, Luke, Holly, Jodie, Caithlin, Gary, Keith, Callum, Charlee and Jamie, great-granddaughter Maci, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Christy will repose at JP Ward & Sons Funeral Home, Sandyford Village on Tuesday evening (Nov 15th) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (Nov 16th) to St. Mary’s Church, Sandyford Village arriving for 10am Requiem Mass, followed thereafter to Mount Jerome Crematorium.
