The death has occurred of
Christopher (Christy) TOBIN
It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Christopher (Christy) Tobin, John Street, Limerick and formerly of Killalee, Limerick.
On April 15th 2026, peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, surrounded by his family.
Pre-deceased by mother Mary.
Very deeply regretted by daughters Niamh and Pamela, their partners Nicky and Jason and their mother Jackie, grandchildren Nicholas and Kyron, father Joseph, brothers Gerard, Martin and Raymond, sister Carmel, nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Lower Gerald Griffin Street, Friday, April 17th, from 3.30pm to 5pm.
Funeral will arrive Saturday, April 18th, at St. John’s Cathedral, Cathedral Place, for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by Service in Shannon Crematorium at 1pm.

Christy’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Ward 2C University Hospital Limerick and the Solas Ward of Milford Care for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Christy in his final days.
