Christopher David (Chris) Simpson

Christopher David (Chris) Simpson, Rock Road, Blackrock, Co. Louth and formerly of Nottingham, England, peacefully in St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, 2nd August 2024. Christopher beloved husband of Mari Carmen, loving father of Marcos, Alexander and Isabel, Grandad of Dillon, Ava, Eliana, George, Elias and Aurelia, brother of Michael and John and the late Lawrence. Christopher will be sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, daughters in law Joanne (Lavelle) and Ismahaan (Abdisalaam), son in law Benedict Rogers, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Christopher will repose at McGeoughs Funeral Home, Jocelyn Street (A91XW66) from 5pm to 7pm on Monday. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11.30am in St Patrick’s Cathedral. Cremation will take place afterwards in Glasnevin Crematorium at 2.30pm
