Christopher McCormack
McCormack, Christopher, died the 6th of December 2016, (peacefully) in St. James Hospital. Late of Templeogue. Beloved and cherished husband of Phyllis. Sadly missed by his loving son David and daughter Patricia, brother Jim and sister Anne, grandchildren Hannah and Ben, son-in-law David, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Massey Bros., Templeogue Village from tomorrow Thursday from 2pm to 4.30pm. Removal arriving to the Church of St. Jude the Apostle, Templeogue on Thursday for 5pm. Funeral being celebrated on Friday morning for 11am Requiem Mass. Funeral proceeding thereafter to Mt Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
